Terms & Conditions

General terms for passenger transportation and vehicle hire services.

Last updated: July 2026. These website terms provide a general framework. Your quotation, booking confirmation or signed transport agreement may include service-specific terms.

1. Booking & confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after SWCTZONE accepts the journey details and any required deposit or purchase order. Vehicle availability remains subject to final confirmation.

2. Pricing & payment

Quotations are based on the route, service hours, passenger count and requirements provided. Additional waiting time, parking, tolls, route changes, permits or overtime may be charged separately. Payment terms are stated in the quotation or service agreement.

3. Changes & cancellations

Changes are subject to availability and may affect the price. Cancellation charges may apply, particularly for late cancellations, dedicated vehicles, events and multi-day assignments.

4. Passenger conduct

Passengers must follow driver safety instructions, use seat belts where provided and avoid conduct that could endanger the vehicle or others. Smoking, illegal substances, dangerous goods and damage to vehicles are prohibited.

5. Luggage & personal property

Customers must declare oversized or unusual luggage in advance. Personal belongings remain the passenger’s responsibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to recover reported lost property.

6. Delays & force majeure

Journey times are estimates. SWCTZONE is not liable for delay caused by traffic, road closures, weather, authority restrictions, accidents, mechanical emergencies or other events outside reasonable control.

7. Vehicle allocation

SWCTZONE may provide a suitable equivalent or upgraded vehicle when the originally planned vehicle is unavailable. Passenger and luggage capacity must not exceed permitted limits.

8. Safety & service refusal

Service may be refused or stopped where continuing would be unsafe, unlawful, abusive or damaging. Child seating, accessibility needs, permits or special handling must be disclosed before confirmation.

9. Corporate agreements

For contracted staff, school or recurring transport, the signed service agreement, route schedule and commercial terms take precedence where they differ from these general website terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Abu Dhabi unless agreed otherwise in writing.
